HilSec Technology Solutions Ltd ("HilSec", "we", "us") collects information you voluntarily provide through this website, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message submitted through our contact form. We also collect limited technical information automatically through standard web server logs, such as browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited.
We use the information collected through this site to respond to inquiries, provide requested information about our services, schedule consultations, and maintain and improve the website. We do not sell your information to third parties.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Fonts and icon assets are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and Cloudflare's cdnjs), which may receive your IP address as a standard part of serving those files. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and provide a way to manage your preferences before doing so.
This site integrates with a small number of third-party services: our contact form is processed by our own backend and delivered to our team by email, and our WhatsApp and call links connect you directly to WhatsApp (operated by Meta) or your device's phone application. Each of these services has its own privacy practices, which govern any information you share directly with them.
Information submitted via the contact form is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business recordkeeping, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have provided to us, to object to certain uses of it, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
