This website is provided to share information about HilSec Technology Solutions Ltd and its cybersecurity services, and to allow visitors to request consultations. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse it in ways not authorized by a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the HilSec name and branding, belongs to HilSec Technology Solutions Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise noted. No license is granted to reproduce or reuse that content without our permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HilSec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Service Engagement Terms

Any actual cybersecurity services we provide (such as penetration testing, managed security services, or advisory engagements) are governed by a separate signed service agreement or statement of work between HilSec and the client, not by these website terms alone. Where the two conflict for a given engagement, the signed service agreement controls.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
